A Few comments from family members

Warwick and I thank you for your kindness and care. The delightful sign “Millvale House” at your entrance and Mary inside the door, give a brilliant welcome.

The gentle and considerate manner of all nurses and caregivers has resulted in Warwick blossoming. He is talking again, smiling and is more relaxed. Medication alone would not achieve this.

I trust when you relax in your off duty hours you will know how valuable you are and that your kind heart and skill are greatly appreciated.

Just to let you know how pleased I am with the care Pete receives at Millvale...the decision to send him to a secure unit was a difficult one...it is such a relief to discover that I have made the very best choice for him!!!...from my observations I know that the staff look after him in the best possible way and I am grateful...thank you...

The layout of the facility was a factor in my decision...I like the indoor/outdoor flow...Pete seems to enjoy being free to walk outside into the garden when he wants to...all things considered a very satisfactory solution to a difficult problem!!!
